Win a copy of Deadly Little Secret

Because January babies are the best (and yes, I'm completely bias), I decided to give away a copy of Deadly Little Secret.

Here's the synopsis: Until three months ago, everything about sixteen-year-old Camelia's life had been fairly ordinary: decent grades; an okay relationship with her parents; and a pretty cool part-time job at an art studio downtown. But when Ben, the mysterious new guy, starts junior year at her high school, Camelia's life becomes far from ordinary.

Rumored to be somehow responsible for his ex-girlfriend's accidental death, Ben is immediately ostracized by everyone on campus. Except for Camelia. She's reluctant to believe he's trouble, even when her friends try to convince her otherwise. Instead she's inexplicably drawn to Ben...and to his touch. But soon, Camelia is receiving eerie phone calls and strange packages with threatening notes. Ben insists she is in danger, and that he can help – but can he be trusted? She knows he's hiding something...but he's not the only one with a secret.

  1. When my dog was a puppy he ATE one of my husband's favorite DVD's. Rather than have him FREAK and lock the dog outside, I threw the "evidence" away and when it came up that he wanted to watch it, I didn't know WHERE it went *innocent face* ha ha...

  2. Internet ate my comment! Argh.

    Tweeted at TigerHolland, I'm a follower, leighofthestone(at)yahoo(dot)com.

Secret: My 9th-grade honey had lots of outdoor parties, and we'd all walk around in bare feet or sock feet on the grass. After one extra-special party, I save one green-stained sock to remember him by, and it was such a cheesy, romantically weird move, I've never told anyone about it. 'Til now. :-0
P.S. I am no longer in posession of the sock.

  3. I sneakily buy donuts from the bakery when I go to the grocery store and eat them before I go home so nobody knows. ;-)

  4. I let my cats in my bedroom when my bf is at work so they can lay on the bed with me (he doesn't want them in there).

  5. I was the one who forgot to take to dog out last week and she peed on the floor. *Oops*

  6. Oh my gosh I am laughed out loud reading these! Hmmm a secret.. Let's see.

Rcently, my sister asked me to go with her to get new tattoos, and I said it sounded like a great idea, but that I was broke. Later that night I went to the bookstore to pick up some new books, shh don't tell her!

    Thanks for the awesome contest!

  7. My sister bought a motorcycle last year and she told me about it but didn't want our mom to know because she would freak out. My lips are sealed ;)

  8. My secret is that my sister is probably going to another province for school, and I told her it's great and I totally support her, but I really don't want her to go. Of course, I can't tell her this.

Anyway, thanks for the opportunity to win this book!

  9. I happen to agree about January babies, but that might be because I'm biased too.

    Hmm . . . a secret?
    I don't have many.

I thought of one, but since that person may read this, I'll tell you elsewhere.

My friend once found her shirt with a stain...and guess who wore it the night before and never told her? I'm so bad. Haha.

As for my secret, I wore my roommates shirt out to a party and it got really dirty, so I just kept the shirt and didn't say anything about it.
