Waiting on Wednesday (#11)

Synopsis: Seventeen-year-old Teagan McNeel falls for captivating Garreth Adams and soon discovers that her crush has an eight-point star etched into the palm of his right hand-the mark of an angel.

But where there is light, dark follows, and she and Garreth suddenly find themselves vulnerable to a dark angel's malicious plan that could threaten not only her life, but the lives of everyone she knows.

Divinely woven together, Angel Star takes readers on a reflective journey when one angel's sacrifice collides with another angel's vicious ambition in a way that is sure to have readers searching for their own willpower.

I heard this one was pure delish. Can't wait!

  1. Great book!! I have a review up on my website.

    Check out my WoW:

  2. I really dig angel fiction right now. But what's up with the stock image cover?

  3. I admit - the cover didn't attract me, but the blurb did! Current reviews say this one's a winner :)

  4. Yeah, I don't like the cover either. But you know what they say about judging books by their cover.

A fellow blogger ranted about how amazing this one is. She said something along the lines of how she feels bad for whatever book that follows this (her expectations are now high). If someone who reads as much as I do loves something THAT much, then you know you got to check it out! :)

  5. Hi Lena,

Apologies that this is unrelated to your post, but I just wanted to let you know that you won the before I Fall contest on Novelicious!
Could you send me your address to so that I can get the book sent out to you?

    Kirsty x

  6. OMG, YAY! Thank you SO much, Kirsty. I can't believe it. You've completely made my day!!!

  7. This comment has been removed by the author.

  8. The girl Book Addict Girl mentioned is ME. Once you read the book you will understand the meaning of the cover. What I love about Angel Star and made the book unique in the “angels” stories is that the ARC story have an amazing world building about the angels. For me a lot of books out there with “angel” topics it was more about to add an immortal to the story (because vampires are running out of time) that to have an ARC story about an amazing world of angels.

  9. Hey guys! Thanks for featuring my book - I'm so flattered! And just to set the record straight, the cover is NOT a stock image. It was inspired by the necklace I wear each and every day and was created into the very special cover for my book. To me it represents more than the story.
I hope you all have the chance to read Angel Star!

I love, love, love comments, and therefore, love you! Thanks for dropping by!
