Remember back in May when I hosted one of the stops for the Shift tour? Well, I ended up receiving some very special editions of Shift and Shade from Jeri Smith-Ready.

What makes them so special you ask? Well, they have little notes in them written (eeerrrr, typed!) by Jeri herself.
See?

And seeeee?

Y'all, I can't tell you how absolutely hilarious Jeri is. I died laughing at some of these notes. GIGGIDY!
And that's it for this edition of In My Mailbox. Feel free to comment below and leave links to your IMM posts. I'll try to comment on as many as possible!!! :D
***Special thanks to Little Brown/Hachette, Jeri Smith-Ready, Karen from For What It's Worth (just because I felt like adding you in this for no apparent reason), Paperbackswap and Tor for my awesome goodies this week!!!***
Bunheads is slowly nearing the top of my wishlist as I see more and more people getting it! It looks so good!

Oh, girl, that's like a BOOKSPLOSION. Seriously! And how cool are those Jeri SR books with notes! I just purchased the first book of the series so hopefully I'll get to it soon.
ReplyDeleteAlso, can we discuss how you have not one but TWO books that deal with music in your stash? I hadn't heard of either DJ Rising or Rock On but they totally sound right up my alley.
I'm also eagerly waiting for The Rivals! Sad how they pushed back the released date.
