Top Ten Books I've Read So Far In 2013
Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by the fabulous ladies at The Broke and the Bookish. This week's topic is the top ten books you've read so far in 2013. Y'all, I have road LOADS of amazing goodies thus far. Narrowing it down to ten will definitely be a challenge. Alrighty, let's do this!
You guys, I've been fangirling about THE SEA OF TRANQUILITY for months. Clearly, it was going to be at the top of my list!
I cannot tell you how much I adored WINGER. In fact, my review for WINGER has been in my drafts now for a month. The feelings are there but the words I can't find.
PARALLEL is one of those crazy awesome books that basically left me mind screwed me for a few days. Awesome.
Just to be clear, you don't need to read LOSING IT for FAKING IT to make sense. It's better if you do but still. Everyone needs to meet Cade and love him the way I love him.
Did anyone else desperately crave macarons after reading JUST ONE DAY? My life will be complete once I get my hands on JUST ONE YEAR. Word.
Oh, PERFECT SCOUNDRELS. How I love you, Hale but how you frustrate me to no end.
Just finished DARE YOU TO a couple days ago and loved every minute of it. Dare I say it's better than the first book?
Technically, I'm only halfway through THE BOOK OF BROKEN HEARTS but you guys, I'm already in love with it.
From the very first page, I knew that I'd love GOLDEN. There's so much depth to this book and multiple stories I wasn't expecting.
PIVOT POINT rocked my world. How much, you ask? So incredibly much that I'm pretty sure Kasie West is one of my new favorite authors.
There you have it! What are some of your favorite books that you've read this year?

I love that you put Book of Broken Hearts on your list before you even finished it. GOOD LIFE DECISION. xo
ReplyDeleteParallel sounds great. Just one day & Pivot point are high on my reading list and I've heard so many great things about Golden. I might give it a shot after all.

OMG great list if books :)
ReplyDeleteSo I've read ONE from your list: Just One Day. How have you not harassed me into reading the others yet?! :)
ReplyDeleteWe have some of the same books on our lists! I loved Just One Day (thanks for mentioning the macarons, by the way. Now I have a desperate craving for them!) and Perfect Scoundrels. Pivot Point blew me away with its awesomeness since I was not expecting to love it so much. And I just read Parallel a few days ago, and it definitely screwed with my mind. In the best way possible. :)

ReplyDeleteJust One Day was BRILLIANT. It was my first experience with Gayle Forman, and I LOVED it. I also approve of Golden being on this list, because you KNOW that I totally flailed over that book! And Ryan Stone (Dare You To) is absolute perfection <3
ReplyDeleteDare You To and Golden are also on my list! And gahh I really need to get my hands on a copy of The Book of Broken Hearts. Love this week's topic because now I have more books to read like Pivot Point and The Sea of Tranquility!
