Top Ten Books I Wish Had Sequels
Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by the fabulous ladies at The Broke and the Bookish. This week's topic is the top ten books I wish had sequels. Y'all, I wish every book I love had a sequel. Anywho, ten it is!
Saving June by Hannah Harrington. Another road trip for the lovely couple? I think so!
Easy by Tammara Webber. Goodness, I love this book. It should be a series that goes on and on and on...
The Infinite Moment of Us by Lauren Myracle. I just finished it so it's fresh on my mind. While the ending isn't open ended, I'd still like to see a sequel.
The Book of Broken Hearts by Sarah Ockler. Honestly, all of Sarah Ockler's books should have sequels. Seriously.
Amy & Roger's Epic Detour by Morgan Matson. That ending! It's screaming for a sequel or at least a companion!
Sometimes It Happens by Lauren Barnholdt. So much went down within the course of a summer. Was everyone able to forgive each other? COME ON!
Other Words For Love by Lorraine Zago Rosenthal. This book ripped me a new one. I'm not sure what that phrase actually means, but it literally tore my heart out. I would love a recap as to how everyone turned out, what they're up to, etc.
My Life Next Door by Huntley Fitzpatrick. Again, there should at the least be a companion novel.
This Lullaby by Sarah Dessen. Technically, there's a glimpse at Remy and Dex's life in JUST LISTEN, but it's not the same. More, please!
Some Girls Are by Courtney Summers. I just want to know if anyone ever took down the Fearsome Foursome.
What books do YOU wish had sequels?

Good call on Saving June! It's one of my favorite contemps and I can't believe I didn't add it on my list. *hangs head in shame*
ReplyDeleteOh, Sometimes It Happens definitely needs a sequel! And The Book of Broken Hearts... I think a sequel would slay me even more than the original book did!
ReplyDeleteShug by Jenny Han. I want to see if Shug and Jack ever see each other again. I want to see her teen years. I want to find out about Jack's life in his new home. I just want more -cries-
ReplyDeleteHave you read This is Not a Test by Courtney Summers? It is a really amazing book!
